Might Nasrabadi is a physiotherapist with a strong clinical and practical background in musculoskeletal care, footwear, orthotics and mobility support. He completed his undergraduate studies in Clinical Science before progressing into the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at Macquarie University, where he developed advanced skills in assessment, rehabilitation, exercise prescription and evidence-based physiotherapy care.

What sets Might apart is his unique combination of physiotherapy knowledge and over 10 years of hands-on experience at Barefoot Freedom, working with people who require medical-grade footwear, orthotics, shoe modifications and supportive mobility solutions. During this time, Might has worked closely alongside podiatrists, pedorthists and footwear specialists, gaining valuable practical training in footwear assessment, footwear modifications, footwear recommendations and orthotic manufacturing.

Might has also completed additional training in orthotic making and has developed a strong understanding of how foot posture, footwear, lower-limb biomechanics and musculoskeletal function all interact. This allows him to take a more complete approach when helping clients with pain, arthritis, balance concerns, walking difficulties, falls risk, post-surgical rehabilitation and age-related mobility changes.

By combining his physiotherapy training with his extensive footwear and orthotic experience, Might provides practical, personalised and functional care. His goal is to help clients move better, feel more confident, reduce pain, and maintain their independence through treatment plans that consider the whole person  not just the injury.

Might Nasrabadi has a genuine passion for helping older adults improve their strength, mobility, confidence and independence. Through his physiotherapy training and clinical experience, Might has developed a strong interest in working with the older population, particularly in areas such as strength improvement, gait retraining, balance rehabilitation, falls prevention, and assistive device prescription and training.

Might understands that ageing can bring changes in strength, walking ability, balance, confidence and day-to-day function. He believes physiotherapy can play a major role in helping older adults stay active, safe and independent for as long as possible. With the right assessment, exercise program and practical support, older adults can often make meaningful improvements in walking, transfers, endurance, balance, pain management and confidence with daily activities.

A key part of Might’s approach is providing care that is not only clinically effective, but also patient, respectful and compassionate. He enjoys taking the time to understand each person’s goals, living environment, challenges and concerns. Whether someone is recovering from surgery, experiencing falls, becoming weaker, using a walker, or finding it harder to manage at home, Might aims to provide practical therapy that improves real-life function.

Might is especially passionate about helping older adults regain confidence in movement. He focuses on building strength safely, improving walking patterns, teaching safe use of mobility aids, and supporting people to remain engaged in their homes, communities and daily routines. His goal is to work closely with a wider range of older clients and provide care that helps them move better, feel safer, and maintain their independence with dignity.
