Returns

Please note that we're not obliged to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
We offer refunds for products returned within 14 days from the purchase date.
We will exchange shoes within 21 days from the purchase date.
We do not accept returns on clearance items due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing. We will provide an exchange or refund on clearance items only if the item is found to be faulty.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3 pm on the same day during business hours.
We offer domestic shipping throughout Australia at a flat rate of $10 for orders up to 10kg.
Express shipping is available for a quicker delivery at $15.
